Rules & Restrictions

We love rewarding our customers and avid romantasy readers for supporting small and keeping local indie bookstores like us alive! And to keep our Flame Rewards program fair, sustainable, and magical for everyone, please review the following guidelines:

🔥 Earning Flames

• Flames are earned on eligible in-store and qualifying purchases only.

• Event ticket purchases do not earn Flames.

• Flames have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

🔥 Redeeming Rewards

• A minimum purchase of $10 is required to redeem any reward.

• Rewards cannot be used to purchase event tickets of any kind.

• Rewards may be redeemed on eligible retail purchases only.

• At checkout, you must choose one benefit:

  • Redeem a Flame Reward OR

  • Use a discount of any kind
    Rewards cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

  • Flames are redeemed and deducted at the time of reward use.

🔥 Reward Expiration

• All Flame Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are issued.

• Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

🔥 Additional Terms

• Burning Pages Bookstore reserves the right to modify or end the Flame Rewards program at any time.

• Misuse of the program may result in forfeiture of Flames or rewards.

• Flames and rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
