Membership Is Personal

Membership is issued to the individual who purchases it and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used by another person.
Member-only discounts, offers, access links, event opportunities, promotions, and other benefits are intended solely for the registered member unless Burning Pages specifically states otherwise.
Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
Member-only discounts and promotions.
Early or priority access to select tickets, products, or releases.
Exclusive events or experiences.
Member-only content or communications.
Special offers, giveaways, or promotions.
Access to private digital spaces or platforms.
Additional benefits announced by Burning Pages.
Specific benefits may vary and are subject to availability.
Membership does not guarantee access to any particular event, product, author, ticket, release, giveaway, or limited-quantity opportunity.
Benefits May Change

The Burning Pages Insider Membership is an evolving program.
Burning Pages may add, remove, replace, modify, or discontinue membership perks, benefits, platforms, events, offers, and features from time to time.
Burning Pages will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to the membership.
Respectful Conduct Is Required

Members are expected to behave respectfully toward Burning Pages staff, other members, authors, guests, vendors, partners, and event attendees.
The following conduct is not permitted:
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or threats.
Personal attacks or targeted hostility.
Unwanted sexual comments, advances, or inappropriate conduct directed toward another person.
Discriminatory, hateful, or degrading behavior.
Repeated unwanted contact.
Deliberately disruptive conduct.
Retaliation against someone who raises a concern.
Conduct that materially interferes with another person’s ability to participate in a Burning Pages event, membership feature, or experience.
These expectations apply to member-only spaces, events, digital platforms, communications, and other interactions connected to the Burning Pages Insider Membership.

Membership discounts and promotions:
May be limited to qualifying purchases.
May exclude certain products, event tickets, limited releases, or other items.
May not be combined with other discounts unless specifically allowed.
Have no cash value.
May not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
May be changed or discontinued by Burning Pages.
Burning Pages may establish reasonable purchase limits or restrictions for member-only offers.
Burning Pages may review conduct that appears inconsistent with these guidelines or that materially affects the membership experience, Burning Pages staff, customers, events, or other members.
Burning Pages may consider reports from customers or members, available documentation, patterns of behavior, the seriousness of the conduct, and the circumstances involved.
Burning Pages is not required to publicly disclose the identity of anyone who raises a concern.
Warnings, Restrictions, Suspension & Termination

Right to Suspend or Terminate Membership

Burning Pages reserves the right to take reasonable action when a member violates these terms or engages in conduct materially inconsistent with the standards or intended operation of the Burning Pages Insider Membership.
Depending on the circumstances, Burning Pages may:
Contact the member regarding a concern.
Issue a warning.
Restrict access to a particular membership feature or space.
Remove access to a member-only platform.
Temporarily suspend membership privileges.
Decline to renew a membership.
Terminate membership.
Burning Pages may take action with or without prior warning when we reasonably determine that immediate action is appropriate based on the seriousness, frequency, or impact of the conduct.
Participation in the Burning Pages Insider Membership is conditioned upon compliance with these terms.
Burning Pages reserves the right to suspend, decline to renew, or terminate a membership when, in Burning Pages’ reasonable judgment, a member violates these terms, misuses membership benefits, engages in inappropriate or disruptive conduct, compromises the safety or comfort of others, abuses Burning Pages staff or customers, or otherwise materially interferes with the proper operation or intended experience of the membership program.
Membership decisions will be made by Burning Pages in good faith based on the circumstances known at the time.
Membership Fees After Termination

Membership Renewal & Cancellation

Members may not misuse membership benefits or access.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sharing private access links, passwords, codes, or member-only content.
Allowing a non-member to use member benefits.
Attempting to circumvent ticket, purchase, or product limits.
Using member discounts for unauthorized resale or commercial purposes.
Misrepresenting membership status.
Abusing early-access or limited-quantity purchasing opportunities.
Using member access in a way that negatively affects Burning Pages, its customers, staff, partners, or other members.
Changes To Membership Terms

Membership may provide access to special events, early ticket purchasing, exclusive opportunities, or priority access.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, membership does not guarantee:
Admission to sold-out events.
Reserved seating.
Availability of limited merchandise.
Access to every author event.
A particular ticket tier.
Participation in giveaways or limited-capacity experiences.
Separate event terms, age requirements, ticket policies, and purchase limits may also apply.
If Burning Pages terminates a membership, future recurring charges will be canceled.
Any refund or prorated refund of previously paid membership fees will be determined based on the circumstances, benefits already provided, applicable membership terms, and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
If the Burning Pages Insider Membership is offered on a recurring basis, members are responsible for canceling their membership through the available cancellation method before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for membership fees already paid unless otherwise required by law or stated by Burning Pages.
Burning Pages may update these Membership Guidelines & Terms as the program evolves.
Material changes will be communicated to members and will apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
Continued membership after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Burning Pages Insider Membership is designed to provide additional value, access, and experiences to customers who choose to become members.
We ask members to use their benefits responsibly, treat others respectfully, follow applicable Burning Pages policies, and help us maintain a positive experience for everyone participating in the program.
By purchasing, renewing, or continuing a Burning Pages Insider Membership after these terms become effective, members acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Membership Guidelines & Terms.
General Membership Standard

Certain information, offers, communications, links, materials, and experiences may be designated as member-only.
Members may not distribute or publicly share confidential or private member-only information when Burning Pages has indicated that the information is intended to remain within the membership.
Members must also respect the privacy and personal information of other members.
